Before the government initiated the second phase of vaccination on March 1, it had notified a list of 20 comorbidities for people in 45-59 years age group to be eligible for the vaccine. These include heart failure with hospital admission in the last one year, angina and hypertension/diabetes on treatment and end-stage kidney disease.
