Caroline Jackson is executive vice president for patient services at mdgroup and she will be delivering a presentation at SCOPE called ‘Achieving the Impossible: Maximizing Patient Experience and Data Quality in a Complex Rare Disease Program.’ Catching up with her beforehand, it was very enlightening to explore some of the points she will be discussing.
