Is it a good or a bad idea to give Dimetinden (Fenistil) to a person with mast cell disorder who experiences frequent anaphylaxis with strong heart palpitations, nausea, gastic distress, migraines, itchy eyes, ear pain, panic attacks, depression, brain fog, forgetfulness, loss of feeling for time and other cognitive disorders?
Isn’t choline crucial to have? Especially for people with mast cell disorder? What about HNMT?
I wonder if it helps or worsens the situation. Would it be useful to take/give it in an emergency but not recommend daily intake?
