Misinformation and confusion about the COVID-19 vaccines and pregnancy is common among women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, with about three in ten saying they believe at least one false statement regarding the COVID-19 vaccines. While about seven in ten adults are confident the vaccine is safe for adults, fewer express confidence in the safety of the vaccines for those who are pregnant or trying to become pregnant.
