The FDA 510k-cleared Fist Assist FA-1 wearable device received Breakthrough Device designation late last year and the device maker is looking to raise capital through equity crowdfunding in May. Outside the U.S., it is approved for increased arm vein dilation and AV fistula dilation/maturation.
