Bluffton (Ind.) Regional Medical Center and Dukes Memorial Hospital in Peru, Ind., both part of Fort Wayne, Ind.-based Lutheran Health Network, have shared plans to end their inpatient labor and delivery services due to a decreased birth rate at the hospitals.
