Description

Digital tools offer exciting new opportunities to enhance occupational safety and health learning in the workplace. For example, videos, games and virtual glasses can be used to support guidance of correct working postures.

To mark the current Healthy Workplaces campaign ‘Lighten the Load’ the Centre for Occupational Safety in Finland and the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health have organised a webinar to highlight the potential of these tools in small and medium-sized organisations.

Participants will benefit from research-based information and tips, including case studies where digital tools were successfully used in orientations for new workers and to promote ongoing learning. Discussions will also include employers’ responsibilities in ensuring digital competence and how to support different learners.
