Building upon its earlier partnership with Masimo, GE Healthcare has joined forces with Masimo to integrate Masimo’s Signal Extraction Technology (SET) pulse oximetry with GE HealthCare’s Portrait Mobile wireless & wearable patient monitoring solution
The integration allows the usage of Masimo’s measure-through motion & SpO2 measurement technology to monitor changes noninvasively detect & continuously in patient status. The agreement was signed after Portrait Mobile’s 510(k) clearance, received by the US FDA earlier on Aug’23
Built to serve as an Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) platform, the Portrait Mobile is designed using a cloud-native technology to provide continuous monitoring through wearables
