The surgical guidance system functions by detecting the tumor location in multiple dimensions upon implantation within the abnormal soft tissues thereby providing a targeted approach to cancer treatment while minimizing the damage to the surrounding healthy tissue
The approval of SCOUT MD Surgical Guidance System has enhanced the company’s existing diagnosis and treatment portfolio for soft tissue cancers which includes SCOUT Radar Localization System, SCOUT Mini Reflector, SCOUT Bx Delivery System & SAVI Brachy System
