Cerner CEO Brent Shafer will continue to serve as chairman and CEO until the board appoints his successor, Shafer said on a call with investment analysts to discuss quarterly earnings. Cerner posted $1.4 billion in revenue for 2021’s first quarter, down 1.7%.
