The Affordable Care Act open-enrollment period kicked off Nov. 1 and runs until Dec. 15. Unsubsidized benchmark plan premiums for a 27-year-old dropped about 2% to $369 per month compared with 2020. At the same time, overall ACA enrollment has been relatively flat the past three years.
