Daxor Publishes Results of its BVA-100 Blood Volume Diagnostic for Heart Failure

Shots:

The study evaluates the relationship between cardiac filling pressures & TBV measurement in heart failure patients by using Daxor’s BVA-100 blood test vs commercially available PADP monitor between sexes & LVEF
The results from the study depicted a lack of correlation between pressure measures & actual blood volume as there was no significant difference between PADP & TBV. The intracardiac pressure & intravascular volume were disassociated across both sexes & LVEF
The study showed that direct volume measurement was more accurate vs pressure measures. Additionally, Daxor published the data in the ‘Journal of Cardiovascular Translational Research’
