The Australian Government Chief Medical Officer, Professor Paul Kelly, has today declared the of Tamworth Regional Council, Armidale, Byron Shire, Richmond Valley, Ballina Shire and Lismore local government areas (LGAs) COVID-19 hotspots for the purposes of Commonwealth support.
