Responsible for the project and maintenance activities related to the automation & Instrumentation for all plants and labs in biologics. Responsible for automation – break down rectification in time and corrective action for the non-occurrence for all plants and labs in biologics. Responsible for Equipment maintenance & qualification activities. Archival system for the PLC and SCADA software and program backup for the automated systems. Inventory & spare management for Automation system. Responsible for the vendors’ coordination during site visits for the breakdowns/project work. Responsible for the human and equipment safety in daily operations. Handling of notifications, discrepancies and Change control QMA elements.
