Key Responsibilities:
- Formulation & Process development as per QbD Concept.
- Excellent expertise on DOE Concept.
- Preparation of master documents.
- Perform & Monitor the routine process Development programs.
- Provide technical inputs on trouble shooting during development & tech -transfer manufacturing.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and develop corrective action plan for non-recurrence of problems under the guidance of reporting manager.
- Technical evaluation and feasibility analysis of transfer site.
- knowledge in quality and compliance, active participation in tech- transfer activation from conception to completion.
- Very good at Technology transfer.
- Working experience in Manufacturing Unit & R&D.
