IFRS Accountant
Job description
We are looking for IFRS Accountant who will be responsible for accounting of business operations concluded in different jurisdictions in accordance with IFRS principles. You will have an opportunity to work in the multinational environment and deep your knowledge in accounting and financial reporting.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Experience in accounting of a company (entering primary documents and posting journal entries, preparation of trial balance and other embedded reports) – not less than 2 years
- Knowledge of accounting requirements in accordance with IFRS
- Basic understanding of taxes applied to business operations
- Knowledge of English (Intermediate/Upper intermediate: spoken and written)
- MS Office products, including Excel (advanced user)
- Personal qualities: attentiveness, accuracy, responsibility, high level of analytical skills
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating critical thinking
Will be considered as a Competitive Advantage:
- Experience in communication and preparation of documents for auditors within annual audit process
- Experience of working with ERP systems (1C-software products, etc.)
- ACCA or DipIFRS certificate
Responsibilities
- Management and maintenance of accurate accounting records for all business operations and necessary adjustments for 3 companies located in different jurisdictions (Europe, USA)
- Communication and support of external accountants from other jurisdictions
- Documents flow management in JIRA, Confluence and ERP system
- Reconcile of data from bank accounts with data in accounting systems
- Analyses and tracks intercompany balances and turnovers
- Assists in preparing and gathering documents requested by auditors in connections with the annual audit
- Compilation of financial information and assistance in the preparation of management and financial reports
- Assistance for the implementation of ERP system
