Description

How does job design affect the ability to work in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)? How does change management affect the ability of SMEs to adapt to an ever-changing and global world of work?

To answer these questions, the Finnish focal point, in cooperation with the Enterprise Europe Network and Business Finland, is holding a webinar on 3 November. Speakers focus on the current trends related well-being at work and how to prepare workplaces for the future. Companies also share their experiences with using operating models for job modification in SMEs, change management, managing musculoskeletal disorders, and explain how to grow and internationalise.

The event takes place online with around 30 participants, primarily representatives of SMEs.
