Paul Berghoff of McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP, Gregory Castanias of Jones Day, and Wendy Larson of Pirkey Barber will review the most significant intellectual property decisions of 2021 and give a sneak peek at coming attractions.
