Qualification :  D.Pharmacy /B.Pharmacy/ M.Pharmacy Govt./Govt.reg. Institutions which are Registered in Pharmacy Council)., up to date renewal. (The Experience certificate on Contract /Out – Sourcing should be enclosed)

The eligible candidates should submit the necessary documents along with the application form and Demand Draft of Rs.500/- in favour of Hospital Development Society, Government General Hospital, Srikakulam.
