Hey there, my MCAS specialist prescribed montelucast to me. I’ve read it can worsen depression and suicidal ideation /- behavior.
I can not assess how dangerous it may be to take montelucast with an already quite heightened tendency for those things.
Is it a clear no no or is it rather neglectable as long as you keep it in the back of your mind?
What are your experience and opinions?
