If you miss the December 15 deadline, the last day to enroll in or change plans for 2022 coverage is January 15 when Open Enrollment ends. For coverage to start:
- January 1, 2022: Enroll by December 15, 2021
- February 1, 2022: Enroll by January 15, 2022
