By Michael Borella — On October 30, President Biden signed a sprawling executive order governing the development, testing, and use of artificial intelligence (AI). Formally titled, “Executive Order on the Safe, Secure, and Trustworthy Development and Use of Artificial Intelligence,” the order sets forth guiding principles and actions to be taken by federal agencies.
