Description

The sustainability to which businesses are called by the goals of the UN 2030 Agenda is not only about the well-being of our planet, but also explicitly and directly about the well-being of people, through the protection of safety and health, the elimination of gender inequalities, and quality training.

With this in mind, it is necessary to design models of work organisation that are able to combine the company’s productivity and competitiveness performance with the protection of employees’ well-being.

What are the new organisational models that companies are obliged to adopt and what are the enabling factors to ensure market success and the well-being of employees? The ‘Sustainable employability: new organisational paradigms for companies’ webinar addresses this topic, involving industry experts and reference institutions, to provide participants with an overview of the objectives and how to achieve them. It is aimed at employees, OSH and medical experts, and workers’ associations.

This online event is organised by FAST, as a partner of the Enterprise Europe Network, Europe’s largest network supporting small and medium enterprises within the framework of EU-OSHA’s  ‘Lighten the Load’ campaign.

Moderator:

  • Angela Pulvirenti, EEN Ambassador, Italy
