Telemedicine Expands Access to Healthcare in Rural Areas

In March 2020, Dr. David Rich planned to use some vacation time to tackle a few projects around the house, but he didn’t get far. Midway through the month, with the coronavirus spreading rapidly throughout the U.S., the federal government declared a national emergency.
