Top 5 pain points in Pharma sales and marketing

For those of you working in Pharma today. What are the top 5 pain points you would pay to have fixed when marketing and selling to Physicians?

Here are some of mine. (I was a rep but am now a marketer) 1. Increased time/engagement with DRs 2. Better understanding of the impact of different tactics 3. Less restive compliance colleagues 4. Better digital content which is personalized 5. Understanding which Drs/practices are shut down to reps due to COVID
