Job Description/skills Required
- To monitor & execute proper implementation of defined training procedure at site (Training Concept at USV)
- To manage all training activities which include execution, coordination & implementation of planned & unplanned training activities at site.
- To identify potential training topic for development of audio / video training module.
- To ensure completion of induction training for new employees before start up job activities.
- To complete TNID (Training need identification process) process at site on Yearly basis.
- To prepare & execute annual training plan at site which includes mandatory, technical, EHS & HR trainings at site on Yearly basis.
- To maintain centralize training data base for site (manual or electronic).
