The webinar will address the Brazilian Supreme Court’s final ruling on the current suspension of Article 40 of the Industrial Property Law (Law 9.279 / 1996) setting forth a minimum period of patent validity of 10 years, and the Mexican Supreme Court’s decision from October 2020, which extended the period of validity of Mexican Patent No. 238942.
