The digital platform economy is growing quickly and the work offered is as diverse as the workers themselves. Migrant and ethnic minorities, are more likely to engage in platform work, which may also represent an opportunity for persons with a disability and for women.

The results show the way to ensure digital platform work serves as a jumping board to more secure, safer and healthier occupations.
