Job Description
Environment, Health And Safety:
•Support EHS team to ensure EHS KPIs are met. •Ensure effective implementation of the EHS policies and SOP to achieve safety at all levels of operations.
Operation Management:
•Support S&OP process and ensure adherence to monthly and yearly production plan. •Monthly evaluation of production progress and identify improvement scope. •Ensure facility & equipment upkeep and maintenance. •Work with cross functional team to ensure Zero stock outs. •Support timely release of batches. •Support investigation process to ensure root cause identification and effective CAPA implementation.
Lean Manufacturing:
•Identify projects related to Manufacturing Capacity Enhancement, Process Robustness, Cost Reduction, Cost Reduction, Yield Improvement, Reduction in Process Rejection, Process Simplification, etc. •Identify employees and support and motivate them to take lead in lean manufacturing.
Technology Upgradation:
•Identify processes and equipment wherein human or manual interventions can be eliminated or reduced. •Update legacy equipment and process to comply with current regulation and support existing technology. •Implement 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Annex 11 compliance to ensure Data Security and System Security.
Financial Management:
•Prepare annual CAPEX and OPEX budgets. •Control financial expenses. •Look for opportunity to reduce fixed operational cost
Quality and Regulatory:
•Ensure adherence to internal processes and standard. Implement learning from corporate network and industry network. •Perform Gap Assessment of new and revised guidelines/ Warning letters/ observation. •Prepare team for regulatory inspection. •Provide compliance to regulatory observation/ queries. •Ensure timely initiation and closure of quality documentation e.g. deviation, CAPA, change control, market compliant investigation. •Support investigation team in quality and product related investigations.
People Development:
•Motivate people to deliver operational goals. •Identify high potential employees and prepare plan for their development to take next or enhanced role.
