The Australian Government Chief Medical Officer, Professor Paul Kelly, has widened the Greater Melbourne, Moorabool Shire, City of Greater Geelong, Surf Coast Shire, Borough of Queenscliff, Bass Coast Shire LGA, including Phillip Island Hotspot for the purposes of Commonwealth support.
