The Australian Government Chief Medical Officer, Professor Paul Kelly, has declared the Greater Melbourne, Moorabool Shire, City of Greater Geelong, Borough of Queenscliff and Surf Coast Shire a COVID-19 hotspot for the purposes of Commonwealth support.
