Sharecare Acquires On-Demand Home Health Platform CareLinx for $65M

Sharecare today announced that it has closed its acquisition of CareLinx , an on-demand home health platform of tech-enabled care providers from Europ Assistance, one of the largest global assistance companies. Under the terms of the agreement, the acquisition is valued at approximately $65M, consisting of $54.6M in cash and $10.4M in Sharecare common stock. The acquisition marks Sharecare’s 18th acquisition since 2010.
