On the heels of a job report showing triple digit job growth at venture-backed companies, National Venture Capital Association has urged Democrat and Republican leaders on Capitol Hill to create a visa for foreign-born entrepreneurs as part of the Let Immigrants Kickstart Employment Act of 2021.
