Junior Lawyer
Job description:
Legal Viseven team based in Kyiv is looking for a Junior Lawyer:
- Records management (contracts register, statutory registers)
- Verification of standard contracts and addendums to them, mainly in the CIS
- Assistance in full filling applications and questionnaires, mainly in EU
- Preparation of corporate documents
Required skills and knowledge:
- University Degree in Law
- 2+ years of relevant work experience as a lawyer in a law firm or in-house lawyer
- Understanding principles of the document registry procedure
- Understanding of work with contract templates
- Knowledge of features of contractual documents at sale of main products
- Curiosity, perseverance, attention to detail
- Result oriented and highly ambitious: responsibility and readiness to act independently and take ownership for the results
- Strong communication skills
- At least Intermediate English Level
- Fluent Ukrainian and Russian (for smooth legal writing)
