Introduction
Hafsat Ibrahim Saleh, a 25-year-old from Nigeria was suffering from sickle cell disease. The medical symptoms included episodes of pain (pain crises), anaemia, unexplained numbness, tiredness and fatigue.

Pre-treatment and process

Post-treatment

She was given a rehabilitation plan to follow for the next few months, after which she would be able to resume her normal life.
