The Unite Ohio platform, managed by New York-based technology company Unite Us, was launched in 2020 in partnership with MetroHealth. Cleveland Clinic joined last year, and with UH’s partnership, all three systems now are partnering with the network that connects health and social organizations and facilitates referrals among them.
