Job description

We are looking for a Deployment Engineer.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • At least intermediate English
  • Technical skills
  • Understanding of CRM/CLM systems purpose and basics
  • Digital tech: asset or content platform experience

Responsibilities

  • Content deployment upon request to customer’s CRM / CLM system.
  • Content metadata setup according to the checklist in the customer’s CRM / CLM system.
  • Content distribution and verification for target audience.
  • Content lifecycle management
  • Issues processing connected with content download and other issues with content when required
  • Resolve Issues with content availability and functioning within Deployment Team competencies and in collaboration with Development Teams
  • Setup and Handling of Emails Broadcasting, preliminary testing within Deployment Team competencies
  • QA Department assistance with content functioning within customers’ CRM / CLM system
  • eWizard product support in regards to integrations and publishing service
  • Create and maintain Documentation on content deployment to Confluence and SharePoint
