Job description
We are looking for a Deployment Engineer.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- At least intermediate English
- Technical skills
- Understanding of CRM/CLM systems purpose and basics
- Digital tech: asset or content platform experience
Responsibilities
- Content deployment upon request to customer’s CRM / CLM system.
- Content metadata setup according to the checklist in the customer’s CRM / CLM system.
- Content distribution and verification for target audience.
- Content lifecycle management
- Issues processing connected with content download and other issues with content when required
- Resolve Issues with content availability and functioning within Deployment Team competencies and in collaboration with Development Teams
- Setup and Handling of Emails Broadcasting, preliminary testing within Deployment Team competencies
- QA Department assistance with content functioning within customers’ CRM / CLM system
- eWizard product support in regards to integrations and publishing service
- Create and maintain Documentation on content deployment to Confluence and SharePoint
