In the aftermath of COVID-19, it looks like teleworking is here to stay — but what can we learn from companies that had teleworking in place pre-pandemic about keeping teleworkers safe and healthy?

Our new report uses the latest survey data such as from ESENER to characterise teleworkers and companies with teleworking in place. It identifies the occupational risks facing teleworkers and preventive measures to deal with them.

The study draws out key facts and figures to inform those responsible for planning and implementing teleworking agreements, with a particular focus on preventing psychosocial risks and musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs).
